Kochi> Bail to Youth Congress leader Ji, accused in AKG center attack case. The judgment was given by the bench of Justice Viju Abraham. After the Thiruvananthapuram Magistrate’s Court rejected the bail, Jithin approached the High Court. Jit was arrested by Crime Branch on 22nd of last month.
The defendant’s contention is that the case was fabricated and he was being implicated in the case without evidence. But the government’s argument was that there is evidence including CCTV against the accused and that the bomb was used.
