The company, which deals in the development, sale and maintenance of robotic solutions for cleaning infrastructural solar installations, entered into agreements for the sale of robots in the amount of 13 million dollars in Spain and saved on projects with a total amount of about 150 megawatts.

The company has signed four agreements with Matrix Renewables SLU, as part of the implementation of a framework agreement signed with the client in January 2022, which grants the company exclusivity for the sale of robots and the provision of maintenance services for projects to be established by the client, as far as they are established, in certain countries in Europe, Latin America and North America, with a total scope of Up to 1,000 megawatts As part of the agreements, the company undertook to supply the customer with the robots, to install them, and to provide maintenance services as follows:

1. Project in Spain – sale and installation of H4 type robots in the scope of approximately 135 MW in a photovoltaic project in Spain, and the provision of maintenance services for said robots for a period of 25 years or the date of the end of the PPA, whichever is earlier, starting from the date of completion of the installation of the robots in the project. It should be noted that this is the company’s first project in Spain.

2. Project in Chile – sale and installation of T4 type robots to the extent of approximately 10 MW in a photovoltaic project in Chile, as well as the provision of maintenance services for said robots for a period of 25 years or the date of termination of the PPA, whichever is earlier, starting from the date of completion of installation The robots in the project.

3. 2 additional projects in Chile – sale and installation of T4 robots with a total volume of about 6 MW in two existing projects (Brownfields) in Chile, as well as providing maintenance services for said robots for a period of about 25 years or the date of the end of the PPA According to the earliest, starting from the date of completion of the installation of the robots in the project.

As part of the agreements, the company will provide the customer with financing terms for the robotic systems in the negligible amount of approximately 69 thousand dollars, against a fixed annual amount for a repayment period of approximately 10 years, all subject to the terms of the relevant agreement. It should be noted that the completion of the agreements is conditional on the client receiving a confirmation notice to start work, which the client is not obligated to produce.

According to the company’s estimation, the total revenue expected for the company within the framework of the agreements, as far as they are paid, throughout the life of the projects, under the assumption that the maintenance services will be provided for 25 years, is about 13 million dollars (of which 3.9 million dollars for the sale of the systems and their installation).
