Al-Buraika expects the fuel crisis to end and the movement of stations to return to normal today

The spokesman for the Brega Oil Marketing Company, Ahmed Al-Maslati, confirmed to “Al-Ahrar” that the fuel crisis has been resolved and contained, expecting that movement inside the stations will return to normal starting today.

Al-Maslati stressed that the operational processes in all the company’s warehouses are continuing and proceeding reassuringly to contain the existing bottleneck.

Al-Maslati added that the company’s crisis committee continues to hold its meetings in coordination with the distribution companies that own the stations, stressing that the situation is noticeably improving in all regions.

Al-Maslati pointed out that oil tankers continue to arrive at all ports and that their reception is proceeding according to the programmed schedule, stressing that all stations are supplied with fuel, and that they are currently operating around the clock, and that their storage capacities are full.

Libyan cities in the east and west of the country have recently been suffering from a fuel shortage crisis, which has led to citizens standing in long queues in front of gas stations in various regions, which has caused widespread concern and resentment among them.

Brega Oil Marketing Company announced on Thursday that 5 tankers had docked at the ports of Misurata, Tripoli, Zawiya and Benghazi, loaded with gasoline and diesel.
