Al-Dabaiba orders the implementation of drug stores in Tripoli, Benghazi, and Sebha

Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba, stressed the need to complete public tender procedures, provide general and specialized medicines and oncology medicines, and address the loss of medicines not included in the public tender by offering them among the tender items.

During his meeting today with the medical supply system, Al-Dabaiba urged the system to be installed in the main and subsidiary stores and that work should only be carried out through it, and to follow up on the work of distributing medicines from the subsidiary stores to hospitals and patients, and to ensure that rights reach those who deserve them.

He directed the necessity of establishing and implementing public warehouses in Tripoli, Sebha and Benghazi according to the latest specifications.

For his part, Head of the Cancer Control Authority, Haider Al-Sayeh, confirmed the launch of the Muhareb card for 7,800 patients, and the continuation of work to issue cards to the rest of the patients.

Al-Sayeh pointed out the complete localization of radiotherapy locally through the centers in Sabratha, Benghazi, Misrata, and Al-Zawiya Street, in addition to launching an early detection campaign at the beginning of next April.

Al-Sayeh pointed out that coordination continues between the Public Tender Committee and the Medical Supply Committee to distribute oncology medications, and this requires that the patient obtain a warrior card and a preparation room.
