The meeting discussed “the general conditions in the city and its needs, as the discussions focused on the file of Kufra University to support higher education in the region, in addition to developing infrastructure, and following up on the implementation of stalled development projects.”
During the meeting, “the second phase of the Bouzreq-Kufra road project, with a length of 90 km, was also discussed, following the completion of the first phase, which amounted to 35 km.”
For his part, Al-Dabaiba stressed “the importance of supporting the city of Kufra and providing its requirements, stressing the government’s commitment to completing vital projects that enhance local development and improve the level of services.”
Al-Dabaiba directed, “to speed up the procedures for the second phase of the road, in addition to following up on other files raised, to ensure the implementation of priorities in a way that achieves the aspirations of the people of the city.”
