The Southern Golf equipment Basketball Championship (2010) was concluded within the Martyr Haider Kamel Burhan Corridor within the metropolis of Nasiriyah.
A press release by the Basketball Federation, acquired by the (INA), acknowledged that “the event was organized with the participation of the Al-Rumaitha golf equipment from Al-Muthanna, Al-Numaniyah from Wasit, and Al-Furat from Dhi Qar, whereas the golf equipment of Basra Governorate and Maysan Governorate didn’t attend.”
He added, “Al-Furat Membership from Dhi Qar gained the championship title after defeating Al-Numaniyah with a rating of (34) to (18) factors and Al-Rumaitha Membership (53) to (26) factors, and Al-Numaniyah Membership gained second place after defeating Al-Rumaitha with a rating of (28).” For (24) factors.
He acknowledged that “the participant Hassan Firas gained the title of high scorer within the event along with the title of greatest participant in it.”
