Al-Hudood Football Team coach Haider Abdul Amir confirmed that his team will enter a training camp that will be held in Erbil Governorate starting tomorrow, Saturday, and will continue until the tenth or twelfth of next September, depending on the start date of the Stars League competitions for the next season (2024-2025).

Abdul Amir said in a statement to the (INA): “On the tenth of this month, his team began its preparations for the league competitions with the participation of local players only, due to the delay in the joining of professional players due to administrative procedures (entry visas), and this is the case with most clubs. He indicated that only two professional players have joined the team now, and we are waiting for the arrival of the remaining four professional players who will arrive soon.”
He added, “The file of contracting professional players has ended, and it is possible to add one or two local players.”
He explained that “the team’s goal for the next season is to compete for a good position, which is the ambition of every coach, but the quality of the available players and other matters are what determine that, especially since the team achieved ninth place last season, which is a good position for the team, but we seek to achieve a better position this season.”
