/ The administrative body of Al-Karkh Sports Club confirmed, on Thursday, its commitment to the football team coach, Ahmed Abdul-Jabbar, while thanking the assistant Haider Obaid and the goalkeeper coach, Abdul Karim Naem.
The club’s president, Karim Hammadi, said in a statement received by Agency, “The administration rejected the resignation of coach Ahmed Abdel-Jabbar and is committed to him continuing with the team.”
Hammadi added, “The administration extends its thanks and appreciation to assistant Haider Obaid and goalkeeper coach Abdul Karim Naem, for their efforts during their period of work with the team, after I accepted their resignation in response to their wishes.”
Al-Karkh Football Club occupies 16th place in the league standings, after the end of Round 12, with 11 points.
