The Minister of Education, Dr. Musa Al-Magarif, in the National Unity Government, chaired a meeting with education observers in the Western Coast, Western Mountain, and Central regions.
The meeting, which was held in the presence of the Undersecretary for Probationary Affairs, Dr. Mohsen Al-Kabeer, and for Educational Affairs, Dr. Masouda Al-Aswad, and the Director of the Probationary Affairs Office, Professor Al-Mabruk Mubarak, discussed “the course of the educational process and the end-of-semester exams for the years of transfer, and the first period for general certificate exams.” The extent of commitment to implementing the study plan, In addition to the mechanism of examinations for the certificate of completion of basic education.”
In his speech during the meeting, the Minister praised “the monitors’ efforts and their follow-up of the educational process, stressing the importance of the monitors’ participation in the Ministry’s initiatives and activities, with the preparation of an annual report for each monitor.”
The Minister also stressed “the obligation not to transfer teachers assigned to study schedules during the school year, and directed the establishment of a communication channel between superintendents and parents through the superintendents’ pages.” To facilitate the delivery of information and respond to inquiries related to the educational process.”
For his part, the Undersecretary for Control Affairs urged “the importance of appointing qualified heads of offices and departments in the Controllers, stressing the need to refer the minutes of periodic meetings of the Controllers to the Ministry.”
In turn, the Undersecretary for Educational Affairs directed education monitors on “the necessity of supplementing the functional staff of educational institutions with monitors, praising the monitors who completed the placement work, numbering 44 monitors.”
