Head of the State of Law parliamentary bloc, Yasser Al-Maliki, stressed the importance of the role of sheikhs and dignitaries in supporting the stability of society.
A statement by the office of the head of the State of Law bloc received by the (INA) stated that “the head of the State of Law parliamentary bloc, Yasser Al-Maliki, held a meeting with the sheikhs and dignitaries of Al-Hindiya district in the holy Karbala governorate, as part of his ongoing tours to enhance communication with the popular bases.”
He added, “Al-Maliki discussed during the meeting the issues that concern the people of the district, and listened to their demands and challenges facing them in the areas of basic services and infrastructure, in addition to social and economic challenges, stressing the importance of the role of sheikhs and dignitaries in supporting the stability of society and directing young people towards construction and development.”
For their part, the sheikhs and dignitaries of Al-Hindiya district expressed their thanks to the head of the State of Law bloc for his interest and direct communication with them, stressing their support for his efforts to enhance the stability of the region and achieve the demands of the citizens.
