Al-Mandalawi and the Director-General of ISESCO discuss enhancing cooperation and bilateral partnership between Iraq and the international organization

Acting Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, discussed with the Director-General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Salem bin Muhammad Al-Malik, today, Friday, the strengthening of bilateral cooperation and partnership between Iraq and the international organization.

The media office of the Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives said in a statement received by the (INA): “The President of the Arab Parliamentary Union, the Acting Speaker of the Iraqi House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, discussed with the Director-General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Salem bin Muhammad Al-Malik. “A number of issues and files of mutual interest, including bilateral cooperation between Iraq and the international organization on related topics.”
The statement added, “During the meeting that brought them together on the sidelines of participation in the Parliamentary Conference for South-South Cooperation, hosted by Morocco, Al-Mandalawi and Al-Malik stressed the importance of developing sustainable development goals in keeping with the current changes in the world, as well as discussing ways to strengthen the partnership between the two sides and plans.” And the initiatives launched by the organization in light of the recent developments taking place in the region and the world.”
