The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed El-Menfi, in his capacity as a member of the Steering Committee of Heads of State and Government of the African Development Agency (NEPAD), received in the Ghanaian capital, the Executive Director of the African Union Steering Agency (NEPAD), Nardus Bekele.
The meeting reviewed “following up on the results of her recent visit to Libya last April and her meeting with the President and a number of Libyan officials on ways to activate cooperation between the agency and the State of Libya.”
Nardos Bekele presented to Al-Menfi the “proposed strategic partnership project between Libya and NEPAD”, which aims to provide technical support and advice to the sectors concerned with infrastructure, education, food security, economy, and small and medium enterprises.”
