Alappuzha: Controversy in CPIM over inauguration of super specialty block of medical college. Senior leader G Sudhakaran said that those who stayed till the end of the project should not have been excluded from the inauguration. Former Health Minister Shailaja Teacher could also be included. Congress has also expressed its displeasure over not including KC Venugopal in the inaugural programme. The Congress criticized the removal of KC Venugopal, who called a meeting whenever the construction work was interrupted, as part of dirty politics.
