by time news

During Saturday night as well as today (Sunday) a number of alarms were sounded in the Uman area. Over the past two days, many have applied for humanitarian assistance at the cloister complex known to worshipers at the place and at the Rosh Hashanah clinic.

Local residents from the streets near Zion reached the protected area on the lower floor of the synagogue building – the cloister of Breslav Bauman’s followers.

In the protected area of the cloister, confused and frightened residents were provided with hot drinks, coffee tea and light refreshments for refreshment.

From the beginning of the fighting days many passers-by arrived at the cloister during their journey to cross the borders of the turbulent country to rest and gather strength for the rest of the way. The Breslav Bauman Union is currently operating a hotline to provide answers and assistance to the general public in the Uman area and throughout Ukraine in Ukrainian, Hebrew and English. The hotline is active 24 hours a day.

The Breslav Union relief teams say they provided the best possible help and support to anyone who came to the area.
