Prince Albert II traveled to the USA for the Princess Grace Awards. But it wasn’t his wife who accompanied him there, but his daughter Jazmin Grace Grimaldi.

A few days ago, the Princess Grace Awards took place in New York City, organized by the foundation of the same name. The awards ceremony honors up-and-coming artists from theater, dance and film. This time, Prince Albert II did not attend the event with his wife Charlène, but with his daughter Jazmin Grace Grimaldi. They dressed up for their joint appearance. Albert wore a black tuxedo and his daughter wore a floor-length evening dress. Together they posed for the photographers and smiled for the cameras.

Jazmin Grace Grimaldi comes from Albert’s affair with Tamara Rotolo. It was only in 2006 that he recognized the 32-year-old as his biological daughter. She lives in the USA.

The Princess Grace Foundation was founded in 1982 by Albert’s father, Prince Rainer III. founded. He wanted to honor Grace Kelly’s legacy after her tragic death. The American was a successful actress and Oscar winner – and also Rainer’s wife since 1956. The princess died in 1982 from injuries she sustained in a serious car accident.

The royal couple had three children from their marriage. In addition to Prince Albert II, they had two daughters: Carolin of Hanover and Stéphanie of Monaco. Since his father’s death in 2005, Albert II has been the reigning prince of Monaco. In 2011, Albert married the former swimmer Charlène Wittstock, and their twins Gabriella and Jacques were born a year later. In addition to Jazmin Grace Grimaldi, Albert also has an illegitimate son. Alexandre Coste is now 21 years old.
