Political passion was another constant in Dante’s existence, causing him fierce pain. therefore it is inevitable that politics is present everywhere in the Divine Comedy, in particular in the sixth canto of Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso, told through the lives of the damned and the blessed. And for this reason that the sixth episode of Dante Italia, the new podcast by Aldo Cazzullo made by Corriere della Sera in collaboration with Audible, entitled The power of poetry and dedicated to politics.
