Jury selection for Gutierrez’s trial is scheduled to begin on February 21 in Santa Fe County, with the trial expected to start on February 22 and last two weeks.
David Halls, the first assistant director for the film, has already been sentenced to six months of unsupervised probation as part of a plea deal. He was charged with negligent use of a deadly weapon for handing the Colt .45 revolver to Baldwin before the shooting.
