In a message posted on his social media, Alejandro Moreno insisted that there are criteria of the Court that legitimize its internal decisions.

“I am aware of the INE resolution on the modifications legitimately approved by our National Assembly. In accordance with the law, we will go to the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF).”he declared.

This afternoon, the General Council of the INE approved declaring the impossibility of ruling on the validity of the statutory changes of the PRI, which allowed the reelection of Alejandro Moreno and Carolina Viggiano.
