jpnn.com – MISANO – Alex Marquez received a warning from the FIM supervisory team after being deemed to have disturbed Enea Bastianini, during the San Marino MotoGP Practice, at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, Misano, Friday (6/9) evening WIB.
“(Alex) Marquez disturbed Bastianini,” read the stewardess’ assessment of the incident involving the two riders during practice.
Alex was going slowly on the race track during practice, and it disturbed Bastianini who was behind him.
Marc Marquez’s younger brother only received an official warning, as this was his first such violation this season.
This is the second time in five days that Alex has been in the spotlight of the FIM Stewards.
On Sunday (1/9) in Aragon, Alex collided with Francesco Bagnaia in a seemingly horrific accident, which fortunately left both riders uninjured.
The FIM investigation results stated that Alex vs Pecco in the Aragon race was a racing incident, no punishment for anyone.
After the Aragon Incident, a war of words broke out between them.
