This year, it was she herself who stole the show.
“Fashionably late” a coffin was carried in to thunderous music. Out of the coffin emerged the hostess of the evening, dressed as a Phoenix.
Joner tells Nettavisen that she has been in the makeup chair since 07:30 this morning to get her costume ready.
She also acknowledged that it was a strange experience to be carried in a coffin.
– It was very special, says Joner.

Spent 50,000 on costume
During the evening, both “best costume” and “best makeup” will be awarded. One person who has done everything he can to secure a prize is influencer Oskar Westerlin.

Westerlin confirms to Nettavisen that he has splurged 50,000 kroner on the costume, and shares that it took four hours to do his makeup for the role.
– It is expensive. It has its price to be oneself, but it’s worth it, Westerlin tells Nettavisen.
– So is this Oskar Westerlin in 50 years?
– With the lifestyle I’m living now, I think in five or six years, laughs Westerlin.

Got use of the wedding dress
Karianne Vilde Spetalen tells Nettavisen that she bought tonight’s costume already this summer. However, it was not with tonight’s festivities in mind.
afterparty dress” for her wedding this summer, but it was not delivered in time. Thus, she considered tonight’s party a perfect opportunity to use it.
– I feel that it is part of a wedding that there is a lot of drama and stuff. But I did get married, so it sorted itself out even though there was a bit of trouble with both the dress and shoes, says Spetalen to Nettavisen.
She further shares that she is incredibly excited about tonight’s Halloween celebration.
– Joner is always great at parties. She is kind of a notch better than me, so this will probably be good, laughs Spetalen.
Came as herself
Lilli Bendriss chose to keep it simple with her own costume. The author and TV personality decided to come as herself.
– I’ve been so busy that I haven’t had time to put together a costume. And I’ve heard from several others that they have dressed up as me, so I decided to do that this year as well, says Bendriss to Nettavisen.
