Earlier, the Central Bank established a temporary procedure for issuing funds from foreign currency deposits or accounts of citizens. In particular, a ban is imposed on withdrawals of more than $10,000 from foreign currency deposits. You can withdraw even more funds, but the client will receive the rest of the money in rubles at the exchange rate on the day of issue. The measures will be in effect until September 9, 2022.
