(24 News) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sardar Ali Amin Gandapur addressed the ceremony of Bar Council Associations. Addressing Ali Amin Gandapur, he said that the lawyers’ community has the most important responsibility of providing justice. Those nations develop where the word of justice is high, any society is calm and satisfied when individuals have the right. And be sure of the delivery of justice.
The Chief Minister further said that unfortunately our judicial system is woefully weak which needs to be fixed, the role of the lawyers community is key in this regard, lawyers stand by the right, justice and any case against merit. Do not defend. Without the true rule of law, we cannot move forward. Due to the lack of a fair system of punishment, the constitution has been violated repeatedly. Islam has given us a clear path and a plan of punishment. Yes, it is possible to establish a society based on justice only by following this plan. Our religion teaches us to speak the truth, stick to the truth and raise our voice against oppression.
Lee Amin Gandapur said that we have to continue the struggle for the rule of law beyond personal interests and political affiliation. Two Pakistans cannot run, there should be one law and one system for all, we have to start from ourselves and take this country forward.
Aliamin Gandapur while addressing said that we did not take revenge from anyone and did not use the provincial institutions for personal revenge, we do not want to create hatred because it harms the country, but we have our rights, justice and true freedom. The Constitution allows us to defend our rights. Our challenges are different, our goals should be different, but we are involved in something else, until we are out of this situation. Come on, can’t move forward.
