Alicante Court sentences father and son to seven years in prison who tried to shoot a man in Villena

The Third Section of the Provincial Court of Alicante has sentenced each of the two members of the same family, father and son, to seven years imprisonment for attempted homicide and for another crime of wounding a man and other wounded who tried to intervene an argument between families in the neighborhood of Pedrera de Villena, on June 3, 2016. The Court forbids them to communicate and go closer than 300 meters to the victims for a period of ten years for the man they tried to kill and five years in respect of the injured man. In addition, they must compensate the victim of the attempted homicide with 60,000 euros and 3,000 euros for the man injured due to temporary injuries and secondary injuries.
