Tirupur: Srudhan Jai Narayanan assumed office as the new Deputy Collector of Tirupur Revenue Division this morning. He is the son of comedian Chinni Jayant.
He passed the Civil Service (UPSC) examination held last year 2019. Sruthan Jai Narayanan, who was the Deputy Secretary for Skill Development of the Central Government, was working as Deputy Collector of Tuticorin District Training.
In this case, the announcement was made 10 days before Tirupur was announced as the collector. Bandarinathan, who was Tirupur Kotakshiar, today handed over the responsibilities to Srudhan Jai Narayanan.
After taking charge, he said, “My entire work will be for the people of Tirupur. Although my father belonged to the film industry, he taught me education first from my childhood. Thanks to the parents” he said.
