Global search has been added to the user interface of the Bkash app. In this new feature, customers can easily find everything including service, offer, company, coupon or loved one’s number by typing or voice search in English or Bengali language. It is the first to develop such a service among the apps of MFS service providers in the country.
Like Mobile Recharge, the user interface of ‘Send Money’, ‘Cash Out’, ‘Payment’, ‘Request Money’ and ‘Savings’ features has been enhanced in a user-friendly way. Also, the look of bill payment receipts has changed. In addition to the customer’s information being mentioned separately, now there is also a digital seal written ‘Paid’ below the receipt.
Coupon on mobile recharge
The innovation has come to mobile recharge, the widely used service of Bikash App. In addition to the interface changes, coupon usage has also been made easier. Discounts are now available on mobile recharge of yourself or your loved ones by using coupons. That’s why the ‘coupon’ option can be found by tapping on the development logo of the app and going to the development menu. From the list, the customer can see the details including the validity of the coupon. While recharging the mobile, if the mobile number is selected on the contact number screen, the customer can see the coupon code below the recharge amount. Just tap on the ‘Use’ button next to the code you want to use and follow the next steps to recharge with coupon discount. Above all, just below the search bar, Auto Pay, My Offer, Auto Recharge, Flexiplan—these options are now available in one place.
Besides, if you select a number and type any amount of recharge, you can also see what offers are available in the nearest recharge amount by scrolling from left to right in the ‘View offers’ section below. It is even possible to get a list sorted from highest to lowest or vice versa by selecting internet, minutes or bundle packages. As a result, recharging any operator’s mobile number is now the easiest development.
Even easier is the method of saving the card by scanning without going to the bank. In terms of using the bank’s services, the card-to-bikash ad money service has become the most popular. In this update, the method of saving cards in Bkash app has been made easier. Customers can save the card by scanning it without typing the card details. By entering the ‘Add Money’ icon in the Bkash app, selecting the card and entering the amount, the option to directly scan will be available. Card scan option ensures more accurate service besides saving customer time.
Added toll icon
Added ‘Toll’ icon to Bkash app. Now customers can easily cross 21 bridges including Meghna, Gomti, Bhanga Expressway, Dhaleswari, Shitalakshya, Bangabandhu and Payra by registering their car through Bikash app without standing in line. For this, in the main menu of the app, enter the ‘Toll’ icon and tap on the ‘Register Motor Vehicle’ button. After that, the registration number of the vehicle and the chassis number and the pin number in the next step, the vehicle registration request will go away. Customer will get notification once registration is complete.
After that, the payment will be done automatically as soon as the toll plaza is crossed and the customer can view the transaction details in the statement section of the Bkash app.
Note that a customer can register a maximum of 20 vehicles and can also cancel any vehicle from the toll menu at any time.
