The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) reported through a post that Judge Lidia del Carmen López, who was handling the Chalchuapa case, has released those allegedly involved in said crime.
According to the information provided by the Prosecutor’s Office, the judge released the alleged accomplices despite the compelling evidence presented by the institution, during the Public Hearing that lasted fifteen days.
“In one of the cases, the FGR presented this judge with all the evidence that establishes how one of the defendants ordered the murder of both his son’s mother and the minor, so as not to pay the maintenance fee,” said the FGR in his Twitter thread.
In the Chalchuapa Case, there are 12 femicides and aggravated homicides whose victims were found in the house of former police officer and murderer Hugo Osorio.
