Alleged attacker of young man with autism in Sonora arrested; victim suffered 13 injuries and fractures

Authorities of Sonoraarrested a suspected person involved in the attack on a young man with autism who presented 13 injuries y fractures.

The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Sonora (FGJES) reported the arrest of Angel Gabriel “N”21 years old, for the alleged crime of qualified injuries to the detriment of a 22-year-old young man diagnosed with severe autism spectrum disorder.

The above occurred this afternoon July 15th and the accused was brought before a hearing, so the judge ordered, as a precautionary measure, justified preventive detention.

“Ángel Gabriel “N” accepted the constitutional term of 144 hours to resolve his legal situation, leaving pending the resolution of the link to the process,” said the FGJES.

Young man with autism attacked in Sonora

The attack occurred around 6:00 am on July 7th in the streets of the Pueblitos colony Located in the municipality of Hermosillo, in the state of Sonora.

At that point, allegedly Ángel Gabriel “N”, along with two other subjects, observed the victim walking on the Pueblo Nuevo Boulevard so they got out of a vehicle brand Nissan March.
