Mexico.- A supposed former worker with experience in credits assured that the Elektra employees “swindle” customers by deceiving them when making loan quotesthis, according to an interview by content creator Gusgri.
The clip was originally posted on the Youtube channel ‘Double G’from which it was deleted without further explanation, probably due to dealing with complicated issues in relation to Elektra and for not having valid information on the identity of the interviewee.
A fragment of the dialogue was uploaded to social networks by various social network accounts, images in which the female is heard explaining how employees of Ricardo Salinas Pliego’s company take advantage of the ignorance of some customers to charge them for products or services that they do not they deliver or ask for.
“In Elektra it’s about products, they say, look, this client has a capacity of 500 pesos. The capacity of 500 pesos is equivalent to about 20,000 or 25,000 pesos already including interest. The client wants a loan, he wants a loan of 30 thousand, give him a phone, “said the young woman.
The Alleged former Elektra employee said some employees “make consumers dizzy” to offer them cash and increase the price of the season ticket without them noticing; people pay what they are asked for without noticing that they also cover the cost of a cell phone or other products.
“The phone is going to be in his account, it’s going to be like you sold it to him but he’s never going to take it away. Since you already told him he’s going to pay 300 or 350 for the loan, he won’t realize he’s paying telephone”, concluded the young woman, assuring that Elektra employees use this modality to defraud citizens.
