The capital’s security authorities arrested an alleged exhibitionist who harassed women in the mayor’s offices Iztacalco y Venustiano Carranza.

According to the journalist Carlos Jiménez (C4) he shared on his ‘X’ account a couple of videos of the moment when an exhibitionist – identified as Moses “N”– showed his private parts to women on the streets of the Iztacalco and Venustiano Carranza municipalities, in the Mexico City.

In the shared images, the alleged exhibitionist can be seen getting out of his vehicle and showing himself naked from below in the presence of two women passing by on the sidewalk.

Jimenez indicated that the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) and elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) arrested him for the alleged crimes of exhibitionism and harassment.

In addition, the reporter pointed out that Moisés “N” accidentally threw away a credential in one of his escapes, in which he supposedly claims to be the president and general director of the Federal Council for the Defense of Human Rights.

Carlos Jiménez showed the credential in question and added that the FGJCDMX There are already two complaints against the alleged person responsible for harassment and exhibitionism against women.
