Reports from the justice authorities indicate that Juan Carlos “N” was an employee of one of the tortilla shops and took advantage of the opportunity to obtain personal information from the owner.

After a while, the alleged extortionist resigned from his job and together with his accomplices, including Jesús Ángel “N”, they carried out the “floor collection” from the owner, threatening the victim with harming his physical integrity.

The alleged perpetrators posed as members of a criminal group to threaten the owner.

The arrest was carried out by elements of the Secretary of National Defense (Sedena), along with elements of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office of Nezahualcóyotl of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJCDMX), la Entity Security Secretariat y Municipal police.
