Alleged Intimidation of Bobotoh by Persib Officials and Players, Viking Urges PT PBB to Conduct Internal Investigation

jpnn.com – The alleged act of intimidation and violence by Persib Bandung officials and players against a Bobotoh had long consequences.

The Persib Viking Persib Club (VPC) supporter group issued a three-point statement in response to the incident experienced by Bobotoh.

The incident occurred during the AFC Champions League (ACL) 2 match between Persib and Port FC at the Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Soreang, Bandung Regency, Thursday (19/9/2024).

VPC Chairman Tobias Ginanjar said that management in this case PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (PBB) must immediately issue an official statement or explanation regarding the alleged violent incident.

Moreover, based on the victim’s statement, there were perpetrators from officials and also players, although Tobias did not reveal their names.

“Must make a statement immediately. I think there should be an internal investigation that is transparent and not covered up.”

“This means that if it turns out to be true, the perpetrators must be given proportional sanctions,” said Tobias when contacted, Saturday (21/9/2024).

PT PBB must dare to give strict sanctions to the perpetrators if the investigation and clarification finds the truth.

The VPC supporters group asked Persib’s internal management to investigate the alleged intimidation and violence committed by officials and players.
