RIYADH: Re-entry will be allowed for those who go home on re-entry visas from Saudi Arabia for vacation etc.
Often people go home from Saudi Arabia on re-entry visas for holidays etc. This re-entry visa is intended to return to Saudi Arabia again. But due to unforeseen reasons, many people are unable to return to Saudi Arabia on time. Those who have expired re-entry visa should wait for at least 3 years to return to Saudi Arabia. Only after three years will they be allowed to enter Saudi Arabia under a new sponsor on a new visa. Thus the period of three years will be calculated according to the Hijra calendar.
On the other hand, if the visa comes again under the sponsor who worked earlier, then they can come to Saudi anytime without waiting for up to three years.
