Alquiler Seguro launches a new Socimi. The company dedicated to the comprehensive management of housing rentals has decided to launch a new company after recently closing the sale of Quid Pro Quo Alquiler Seguro (QPQ), for 14 million euros to Ktesios, owned by RKS Real Estate.
The new socimi, Alquiler Seguro Asset Management, which begins its journey with a portfolio of 16 propertieswill count as in the previous one with Rent Insurance as property manager and aspires to reach 180 properties in the next three years.
The decision to launch a new vehicle is based on the solid results obtained with QPQ in terms of profitability and growthsince its debut on the Alternative Stock Market (MAB) in July 2018. During this time, the first REIT specializing in dispersed housing rentals in Spain has obtained a gross return of 34.3%, with an annualized return of 6. 9%
The good results obtained and the interest generated by various investment groups “confirms the added value that we have brought to the business over these years, both as a vehicle management company and property manager of rental properties”, explains Antonio Carroza, president of Alquiler Seguro, who stresses that “it is a proud to discover the interest aroused by this new projectto which we will undoubtedly apply the knowledge acquired in the successful experience of Quid Pro Quo Alquiler Seguro”.
With this movement, Rent Seguro continues consolidating its position as a leading company in the urban lease marketbetting on dispersed profitability and offering attractive investment opportunities with medium and long-term returns for individual and institutional investors.
