March 23, 1942 year died Anton Lutskevich, Belarusian politician, publicist and scientist. Anton Lutskevich was the initiator of the declaration of independence of the Belarusian People’s Republic, the author of the Third Charter and the Prime Minister of the Belarusian People’s Republic.
