A nationwide shutdown has been announced following a recent outbreak of the disease in China, in defiance of China’s zero corona policy.
The cities of Xi’an and Tianjin have already been shut down to prevent the spread of the corona. In this case, the corona was confirmed for 84 people last Saturday in the city of Anyang, which currently has a population of 55 million. Subsequently, general curfews were imposed in the city as well.
