One of the most renowned names in the national evangelical world, pastor Altair Germano used social media to share a testimony of deliverance from God, which may have saved his life and that of another ministry colleague.
According to a religious leader who is also the author of several books, he was on a trip from Varginha to Pouso Alegre, in Minas Gerais, in the company of fellow pastor Terry Johnson, who is President of the Higher School of Theological Education of the Assemblies of God, when they were surprised by an accident on the road.
“While traveling today from the city of Varginha to Pouso Alegre-MG, together with pastor Terry Johnson, a Sprinter van overturned on a curve in the opposite direction of the highway,” he said, also posting a map of the exact location of the incident.
“The only reason we weren’t hit head-on by it was due to the protective wall that divides the two directions of the road. We thank God for the deliverance received”, completed o pastor.
Followers of Altair Germano’s Instagram profile celebrated God’s action. “Thank you Jesus for the great deliverance that the Lord gave to your children, pastor, we who live on the road are exposed to this unfortunately, it’s a good thing those who protect us don’t sleep”, posted an internet user.

In another publication, Altair Germano revealed that the trip with Pastor Terry also served to promote the launch of his newest book, “A San Doctrine: A Classical Pentecostal Perspective”.
According to Altair, both participated in a “meeting of workers and leaders of AD Missões in Varginha-MG, a church presided over by the noble pastor Salvador Antunes, where on the occasion we discussed sound doctrine, starting from the doctrinal unity between the Father, the Son and the Spirit.”
