- Sixth Avenue: Walking from the park to 16th Street, Zone 1
- Elena Avenue: Road that will serve to connect the route to Zone 3
- Finalization: Central Station at 1st Avenue and 19th Street, Zone 3

Amílcar Montejo, road spokesperson for the Municipality of Guatemala, shared details about the alternative routes that can be used by Guatemalans who need to transit through the area during the parade. In addition, he warned that the procession of the Virgin of the Assumption, which will take place on the same day, will also impact the traffic in sectors such as Calle Martí, the Periférico, the Hipódromo del Norte and Paseo La Sexta.
To minimize inconvenience, the following alternative routes are suggested:
- 2nd Avenue in Jocotenango neighborhood, between Periférico and Historic Center
- 10th. Modern Neighborhood Avenue, Zone 2
- Assumption Boulevard
- Civic Center Area
