Altman Sister’s Abuse Case Dismissed Over Medical Exam Failure

A U.S. judge dismissed a sexual abuse lawsuit filed by Sam Altman’s sister, Ann Altman, on Tuesday, after she failed to attend a required medical examination. The case, filed in St. Louis, Missouri, in January 2025, alleged abuse between 1997 and 2006.

U.S. District Judge Zachary Bluestone dismissed Ann Altman’s lawsuit against her brother, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, on Tuesday, citing her failure to comply with a court-ordered independent medical examination.
