Aluminum is king in the kitchen: disposable trays, pans and containers for storing leftovers, freezing food and serving them in canteens are often made of aluminum, as well as film for wrapping and coffee pots. However, it could switch to food and “poison it” if certain precautions are not followed: the Ministry of Health reported this by publishing an “Information campaign on the correct use of aluminum in the kitchen”.
