Actress Amala Paul is preparing to make a strong comeback to Malayalam with two films. Mammootty’s police film ‘Christopher’ and Athiran’s ‘The Teacher’ are in the pipeline.

Udayakrishna is preparing the screenplay of the thriller genre film. Apart from Amala Paul, the film has three heroines namely Sneha and Aishwarya Lakshmi. South Indian actor Vinay Rai also plays an important role in the film.
Along with Dileesh Pothan, Siddique, Jinu Abraham, Vineeta Kosi, Vasanthi etc., thirty five new faces are also playing roles in the film. Mammootty will play the role of a police officer in the film. The cinematography of the film is by Faiz Siddique who directed Operation Jawa.
