Frances’s entry-level course, “Best Year Ever,” is priced at $999 and promises eight days of content designed to help participants achieve their best year yet. The curriculum begins with an instruction to “release the past,” followed by exercises focused on self-inventory, cultivating a positive mindset, building confidence, gaining clarity, and developing a vision for the future.
