Amazon reached the sales record in its history on the first day of Prime Day 2023, on July 11.
Over the course of the two days of Prime Day, customers bought more than 375 million items worldwide “and saved $2.5 billion on millions of deals,” the company said.
The company has stressed the importance of commercial partners, mostly small and medium-sized companies, to offer this “wide selection” of products and has added that it has been, literally, the largest Prime Day event in history for them.
Among the best-selling products in Amazon Spain includes small appliances such as fans and the air fryer; and electronics, such as headphones, basic products for daily use, such as detergent, dishwasher tablets or diapers; Amazon devices like the Fire TV Stick 4K, Echo Dot speaker (5th generation), and Kindle ereader.
