Mysore: In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna has said that if one is intelligent, generous and courageous then he is a Brahmin, and in that case Ambedkar is a higher Brahmin than Nehru who did not pass any exam, senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has said.
