Butler County 911 confirms child safe, suspects located in Fort Riley Amber Alert case

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Butler County 911 has confirmed that a child is safe and law enforcement has tracked down two suspects in connection with an Amber Alert out of Fort Riley.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) issued an Amber Alert for 3-year-old Paisley Grace Thompson, who was reported missing from a home at Fort Riley. Paisley was last seen wearing a pink shirt with a dinosaur and multi colors along with blue Sketcher tennis shoes. She stands about 3′4 and weighs about 28 pounds.

The suspects in the case have been identified as 24-year-old Jordan Thompson and 41-year-old Melanie Allison.

According to the Ft. Riley Criminal Investigation Division, Paisley was taken at gunpoint from her mother by the suspects at 2 pm. The child is believed to be in imminent danger. The suspects left the residence located at 4465 3 Lee St Ft. Riley, Kansas in an unknown direction in a 2015 BMW X 1 vibrant orange colored bearing Kansas License plate 769-RXZ.

The public is urged to call 911 immediately if they have seen the missing child, the suspects, or the suspects’ vehicle. If anyone has other information regarding the missing child, they are instructed to call 911 or 1-800-KS Crime.
