An ambulance carrying a patient and two assistants lost control and crashed into a toll booth in the Udupi district of Karnataka, India.
According to the police, four people, including a toll booth employee, were killed in the accident, while the ambulance driver escaped with injuries.
The footage recorded on the CCTV camera installed at the toll booth has horrified the onlookers regarding the horrific accident that took place on the wet road in the coastal district of Udupi in the state of Karnataka.
Shocking video
In the footage released, customs officials, who appeared to be security guards and toll operators, were seen rushing to remove three plastic barriers when they saw the ambulance approaching.
Also, while one of the employees successfully removed the two barricades before the toll booth, when one tried to pull out the last barricade, the ambulance lost control and overturned, speeding and crashing.
It has been reported that four people were killed in this horrific accident, including the toll booth employee and three people in the ambulance vehicle, while the ambulance driver escaped with injuries.
