With the Radeon RX 7800M featuring Navi 32, AMD is now positioning a new dedicated notebook graphics card between the large Radeon RX 7900M with Navi 31 and the smaller Radeon RX 7700S, as well as the Radeon RX 7600M XT and Radeon RX 7600M with Navi 33. While the manufacturer from Santa Clara, California, has not yet officially announced its discrete mobile graphics card with the full configuration of Navi 32 XT, a Chinese manufacturer is already spilling the beans and “unmasking” the Radeon RX 7800M even before the official release.
ONEXGPU 2 with Radeon RX 7800M
As can be clearly seen in the official announcement video of the Chinese manufacturer OneXPlayer, the company’s latest eGPU, the ONEXGPU 2, which follows the ONEXGPU with Radeon RX 7600M, will be one of the first products to utilize the new Radeon RX 7800M with Navi 32 XT. It offers 3,840 shader units and 12 GiBytes of graphics memory on a 192-bit wide memory interface, with the preconfigured power consumption (“TGP”) set at 180 watts.

Further details regarding the eGPU and the integrated Radeon RX 7800M, which is expected to appear soon in the first gaming notebooks after the official introduction, are presented in the approximately four-minute announcement video from the Chinese manufacturer. The website VideoCardz has already summarized all specifications of the 6 mobile RDNA-3 graphics cards.
