“The judicial career has become a guarantee of specialization and training for the country’s judges, thus constituting a crucial aspect of the functioning of the Mexican judicial system and, above all, a principle that guarantees he human right access to justice, which is seriously at risk if the reform initiative is approved in the terms proposed.”
AMDA He accused that although the current system is imperfect and needs to be reformed to improve it, institutional destruction is not the way to promote a higher state of social coexistence.
The automotive sector stressed that for the operation of companies, the judicial reform in the terms proposed puts the viability of investments at risk and leaves them highly vulnerable to the power of the Executive.
