Bank Hapoalim and the software provider Amdocs have recently completed the first stage of their cooperation, which will allow the bank to adapt its products and services to its customers in a more comprehensive and faster way.
The collaboration revolves around the catalog software developed by Amdocs to manage offers and products for end customers, which will allow Bank Hapoalim to quickly create customer-focused offers, products and services and implement them faster than before. Through the software, the bank will upgrade the ability to get a 360 view of its customers and thus meet their personal needs.
In addition, the catalog makes it possible to increase cooperation within the organization, between teams and business units.

Amdocs provides its financial services solutions to many banks, including ABN Amro, TD Bank, ANZ, Westpac and Capital One.
