Many American voters believe that the Democratic Party should consider another candidate for the US presidency instead of the country’s current leader, Joe Biden.
As reported by Day.Az, this is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by Morning Consult, published on Friday by the Axios portal.
According to the data, 60% of voters surveyed said Biden should be “definitely” or “probably” replaced as the Democratic nominee for US president after his weak performance in Thursday’s televised debate.
45% of respondents said they would prefer to see Biden as the next US president, 44% supported his main political opponent, Republican Donald Trump, who was previously the head of the Washington administration. 57% of survey participants believe that Trump performed better than Biden in the debates. The survey was conducted among approximately 2,000 US adults.
