Amir Nussbaum has been appointed coach of Hapoel Rishon Lezion

Hapoel Rishon Lezion, which survived at the last minute in the national league, announced a change in the coach’s position when Amir Nussbaum steps into Ofir Kopel’s shoes. Nussbaum, 41, who coached Kiryat Shmona and MS last season. Kfar Qassem will replace Kopel, who sought to be released from office due to his medical condition.

Ophir Kopel said after his departure: “Due to my health condition due to coronary heart disease and its accompanying symptoms I had to give up team coaching next season. Nussbaum closes a special circle for him, as he played for the club between 1998 and 2006.
